can you create an ISO from your Windows CD, then create a bootable USB from it and do it that way?

Doesnt except bootable external CDROM or USB thumb drive.

really? crap, ok, how about just putting the contents of the CD on the USB - doesn't the CD have a Setup.exe?

It will not boot to a USB thumb drive, as stated before. I think I will just have to break down and buy this external modular bay cable from Dell....$40 cable...those bastards....lol

LOL...Like I said before It does not run anything off USB no matter what device it is. I think I need to get my hand on that $30-40 cable.
