Not yet. I paid $39.99 (thank you , Insight) up front, with the potential rebate check knocking it down to $9.99. I sent the rebate via certified mail and the signed return receipt is dated 13 October.

I mailed my rebate today. Same company, different scanner (the 3400), different amount ($20). It once took Diamond Multimedia, If memory serves, 4+ months to mail my Voodoo2 rebate to me. I'd written it off as a loss when lo-and-behold there it came in the mail. Some rebates are excruciatingly slow and UMAX runs rebate programs all day, all night, every year.
 
I got my check last week. $30. I erroneously reported that I only paid $19.99 initially. Should have read $39.99 initially, $9.99 after rebate.
