> First off, this story goes to prove that there should be some sort of intelligence test that must be passed before breeding

Two thoughts, first, I want to be the arbitrator (and make similar intelligence tests at the DMV). I promise we'll all get to work MUCH faster without all the traffic.

Second, to tkim, keep a record of exactly what happened (your post is a good start). So, if by some off chance she does come after you (she would be nuts to do so), your memory of events will be rational and very clear to anyones insurance company.

here's the deal doods.

i am visiting my gf in SF as we speak and this happened up here! so if i did press charges on the girl or the mom, i would have to come back up here for a court date and all that drama would have put a wrench in my life. i cant afford to come back and forth 500 miles each way for god know how many times.

as far as the little girl, i just turned around and held her back (by sticking my arm out) so she could not hit me. i am NOT going to hit a little girl even if they are acting like less than human.

i know i am being overly paranoid but nowadays, people do "stuff" to other people over less so one cannot be too safe these days.

oh yeah, i talked to the cops again today.... once a police report is filled out and filed, it is a matter of public record. therefore, she can find out my info anytime. given that it happend in SF and i live in LA i should not worry. the funny thing is, i got a job offer here which starts in september and i am wondering if this is some kind of omen telling me not to move here. ;)

The cop and insurance company should not be giving away your personal info. If anything, she would be able to get your address and phone number from the phone book (if it's listed)

How old are you, cause if you're over 15 you're sounding pretty wussy. lol You shoulda asked the cop for his night stick and whacked the chick in the kneecap :)

She was just trying to shake down "whitie" (I know, your Asian, but she does not see a differnce).
By all means, press charges. Don't be a wussie. It sounds like she has done this before.

funny you mention the asian thing jimbo. her daughter was trying to verbally duke it out wiht my gf and then the other daughter says to my gf "...if you can understand english...". get this, we had ONLY been speaking english the whole time and this girl thinks she is a smart one by saying we cant understand english? this family is racist to the heart.

which reminds me.... when i was trying to argue with them saying that pedestrians had the right of way, she said "...of course we have right of way over YOU..." she was totally implying that our group (3 asians) were inferior to their ethnicity.

an aquaintence said to me that (which i dont totally agree with but seems true at times from my experiences)...

"it seems like the people who claim they are victims of racism are the ones promoting it. "
