This is dumb. Basically, you could re-phrase the question to say "Would your girlfriend have sex with a stranger to save your life?"... and if she said no, you guys would say she is a b!tch or something.
Rape is no doubt a very very terrible thing that no woman (or man!) should have to experience or feel afraid of, but death is significantly (almost infinately) more terrible than rape. If ANYONE thinks that them being raped is worse than a loved one's death, then IMHO, they are very selfish.
But again, this is a really ridiculous question.

1) Heimlich, couldn't breathe, turning blue
2) Sever of tiberal artery (whatever the big one supplying blood to the foot is) - applied first aid/direct pressure/grab femeral artery at crotch and prevented her from bleeding to death within 10 minutes.
As an aside for those with sons, get your boys in scouts. It will come in handy.

Anyway, any woman worth her weight would rather be raped than have her man killed in front of her and have to live without him. My wife would know that I would burn those a$$holes faces into my mind and stop at nothing to ensure that they would be dealt with one way or the other. She'd rather I was in prison as a murderer of her rapists than have to suffer through life having to live without me. That's true love right there and I have no doubt that that's how this would play out. Next stupid scenario please, better yet, don't bother.
