nobody got a ticket and i wasent at fault, it was he said she said since there were no witnesses, now i have to have the ins fight it out and hioe i get ny deductible back

Actually it does. You've admitted to driving high before and your other threads about your car don't inspire confidence about the choices you make in general. It sucks if you are actually in this situation as you describe, which is possible given all the immigrants in south FL.

BTW, remember those kids whose car flipped into the canal in Coral Springs and several died? The driver was high. Keep telling us you can drive just fine when high. Link

Dude, goes off to sue someone chances are they are going to do a bit of background work. I really don't know how on the ambulance ride the identified bruised vertebrae and pinched nerves.

Maybe post-MRI then yeah, otherwise it's speculation.

first get your facts straight, you dont know what your talking about,i new all four of them and the survivor personally. they were not driving high it was other circumstances which frankly is none of your business, as for me driving high, i wasent ive been clean since january third thank you very much

Funny, the circumstances are rather clear. Bunch of dumbass teenagers were cruising around together (big no-no, inexperienced teen driver shouldn't have teen passengers), dumbass driver was high as a fucking kite and for whatever dumbass reason, put his vehicle into reverse and drove at speed for 250 feet. It then went into the canal where it flipped over and the dumbass driver along with two of his equally dumb friends DIED.

I'm really sorry that your friends died - that fucking sucks. But any one of those kids in the car should have told the dumbass driver to not be driving, either based on his illegal level of impairment or on the way he was driving. And the driver, well, the facts speak for themselves.

YOU are the next one looking to become a statistic with this shit. I'm glad you've been clean for less than a month, I hope you keep it up - I really do. It's time to grow up. You're in college and the "real world" is right around the corner.

believe what you want, i got the story first hand from the one that survived,my best friends little brother, im not going into details as its not my place but i assure you the kids were not high, neither was i when i got into an accident. my new job requires drug testing so i ayed off the pot, my avatar is more then a cannabis leaf, it just shows what hemp can provide to this economy.

Whatever "reason" there was for the fatal wreck, it is clearly related to the irresponsible behavior of those kids and likely the parents as well. I just hope you have cleared your head enough before my friends are pulling you out of a wrecked car one day. There's enough stupid shit happening, no need to add to it.

Well a drunk driver and crew are going to claim 'he wasn't drunk' after the fact.

I have no problem with someone using pot...I have a problem with most potheads thinking they are totally "OK" to do everything because it's not alcohol.

However, if I knew I was going to possibly be making an accident claim, I'd be real careful of my online persona for that time being.
