hehe, well there are other hosting sites that at least doesn't have gator or cydoor or xupiter....angelfire and freeservers are decent....theres others also...

angelfire's a bit slow..freeserver's pretty good..except u might get spammed up the arse....

Tell him to use freewebs (link in the Sig). It'll look much much more pleasing to the eye(good templates to choose from), zero pop-ups, zero dollars.

The bold text is sorta annoying
Links at the top would look a litte better it they were a tad larger and the ~~~ were taken out

Overall the placement of everything on the page is good
