It does suck. On the other hand, this is a lease so I guess I'm not too hurt sentimentally.
Also the cop who came on site again refused to write a report. He said that the other guy already assumed responsibility so it wasn't needed.

On a side note I found it odd that the cop just had to stop his car right in the middle of the second lane causing traffic issues on an already busy road when there was plenty of space behind the Audi (we parked on the side).

Nah, their bumpers are all plastic and pretty clear coat paint, just like your Infinity. It it was anything like my Audi, you won't see much visible damage on the bumper itself but there is a ton a internal damage to the bumper assembly once you take the plastic bumper cover off.
