Apologize. Didn't notice the thread said only come in if your a fan of the movie. If you make a point about AB you're bound to get some differing opinions. Don't think it's thread crapping judging by the other posts in here. If you think it is, and it is your thread, well that'll be all I have to say on the matter.

It's not that...I appreciate Damaged's comments, but you just seem to be overly negative about the movie. No need to keep repeating yourself over and over again about it.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but it just kinda rubbed me the wrong way that you first came out and said you hated the movie. OK fine. You explained the reasons in that post. OK, fine. But you just kept on and kept on and kept on with more posts attacking the movie. It's just aggravating😉

And if you can tell in my smilies in my post concerning &quot;crapping,&quot; I was being humorous...

I'm watching this movie right now, they had had the &quot;cheerleading scene&quot;. This is one f*cuked up but awesome movie.

Those of you who own a DVD Player you have to get this on DVD.

Oh dang I love that movie! Watched it three times, still as good. This guy (Spacey) is just so amazing....he breaks free from this f'n boring life, and just says and does what he wants. It's incredible.

Add me to the few that just didn't like the movie......but Spacey is a great actor.......there was movie called &quot;The Negotiator&quot; and it really wasn't a big deal in the media, but damn that movie was awesome.

I saw this movie last year before it hit wide release, and the first thing that came to mind is &quot;Average movie, but Kevin Spacey will definately get an Oscar nomination.&quot; I did not realize that this film would actually win 5 Oscars. This art film for the masses had contrived script, and sledgehammer symbolism....a grocery bag floating in the wind!!?? Give me a break! This movie reminded me of Higher Learning, in how it attempted to cover many themes, and ends up failing to get a coherant message across. One great performance does not equal 5 Oscars. Ah well, chacun son gout.

I too feel that AB is a great movie. It's not totally original(there are many foreign films with the same feel), but for American cinema it was a refreshing change.

Take it as you will, seems to me that the movie didn't say anything about &quot;all&quot; people, just the one guy in particular -- I think you injected that part into the message.
