No grill.

Anyone know any decent marinades for it? Google gives me a billion results and I can't decide :S

mix together soy sauce and honey or maple syrup and a little brown sugar

or wrap it in foil with some white wine and dill and a lemon wedge

Put a couple of scores into the skin side and shallow fry it, skin side down, in a pan until cooked. It'll taste great on it's own if you don't overcook it and dry it out.

no grill?

lame. wrap it in aluminum foil with garlic salt, butter and rosemary and put that snucka in the oven at ~450 until done 🙂

cut it into 1 square inch, half an inch thickness pieces (cut perpendicular to the grain)

dip in soy sauce and dab on a little wasabi. sashimi FTW

hope it hasn't been in his fridge for a few days...

Just season it, throw some raw onions on top, wrap it in foil and stick it in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.

Brush with olive oil. Put sprigs of fresh dill and lemon slices on top. Broil it. Use a cedar plank if you got one.
