Got a rash on my neck for 6+ weeks, advice? working on getting pics onto bbzzdd

I went to Vegas over MLK weekend in Jan and stayed at the Imperial Palace. On the last day I noticed I was getting a rash (no, I didn't pick up and hookers). At the time I thought it was just a reaction to the detergent they wash the sheets in, but it's been almost 2 months.

I thought about going to a dermatologist, but if it's just something I can put OTC cream on I would feel stupid paying $60 to the Dr.

I've been putting lotion on it daily because it's dry and they helps a little bit.

It gets crazy dry after I shower. It's a little itchy sometimes.

When I go to the pharmacy, what lotion should I look for to make this go away or will this go away by itself?
