It is legal, ethical or not is another question, but it's already been proven that it's legal based on the law system.

If you feel it isn't and the laws need to be changed, then sure, that's fine, but as of now, it's legal.

I would help, be a good person but your attitude and such dicates that situation. If they have a special insight, find out the roots of the conversation. I do this all the time; boil the choices down till you hit the point till you hit it's roots. make your decision on how he/she made that choice. If you use critical thinking or simple thinking, pick the your response carefully.

You really shouldn't pee right after masturbating lol. Well, if that is not the case, hold your breath and pee. In the mean time, take some Advil or a painkiller to stop the pain. You need to urinate.
