It doesn't appear to be the same machine on that IP, it looks like some one just playing freecell. Can't see much, they knocked over the webcam.

Yup. Think I can show my fiance the letter and convince her to let me build an HTPC? ;)

heck yeah, my £8 a month for it is well worth it.

Makes me so happy being able to catch up on missed 24 / csi episodes, especially seeing as I have an 8meg connection now and it takes 5 mins or less to download a full episode :p

I'm curious... Is Charter as evil about these DMCA notices as Comcast is? I honestly don't know, because I never check my Charter e-mail account. Hell, I don't even know the password for it! I know that nobody at Earthlink ever bugged me about this, and I used to download all kinds of stuff back in the days when no one cared :)

I know how to foil them, create a text file and name it after tha same exact file that a movie's/TV show's name is. Would they nab your for this?

Oh, and am I the only person that noticed that they cite this as a season 3 ep, when it's season 4?

I download using Time Warner Road Runner on torrents and such, and I don't receive any letters from DCMA.
