Got a good recipe for RAZOR CLAMS?

got a bunch of razor clams last night and am looking for a different way of cooking them than just deep frying them. anyone got some good recipes?

Two options-

#1- Deep-fry them babies!

#2- Boil em. Serve with melted butter and lemon juice.

there is a #3 option

saute the clams in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, shallots and some white whine.
