I've just installed audiogalaxy.com's satellite, and for some reason, everytime my computer boots up and windows comes on, my computer automatically dials into my ISP. I've tried to uninstall the program but my comp. still dials in everytime it boots up. Also, I have to press cancel a few times before it goes away. Can I do something so that it will not do this?

boot into safe mode, then run msconfig and check out the startup tab. look for any funny stuff there that u might think is trying to access the net. if u dunno how to work msconfig, post a msg here or pm me. if u still dunno whats going on, take a screenshot and put up a link. i'm sure some AT'ers will gladly take a look and see if we can point out something fishy.

somehow your isp is set to dial on command. it dials because everytime your computer starts up audiogalaxy tries to connect to the internet, this occurs because audiogalaxy is in your startup. just turn off dial on command through your network settings.
