Just realized the whole Canada thing... Is that $27,500 -> $45,800 in CAD?

DAMN, at the current exchange rate, I guess that isnt' too bad!

I'm at the bottom end. Real title is Flight Service Specialist. Same thing for most aspects, but in smaller airports.

Top end, after lots more training and such is about $140k base...so like $200k after OT.

I'm Canadian. What I would tell you would be of little help...

For you guys...try FAA.gov they handle all of that stuff.

Ironically, Canada's Air Navigation Services are private, and in the states its all government. Remarkedly backwards.

Oh I don't live in Edmonton anymore. I had to move to Lloydminster (CYLL) for this.

The flight service prescence in Edmonton FIC sucks, and I hope to not work there. I'm AAS (Airport Advisory Service) in a semi tower environment, and that's the environment I hope to stay in.

Too bad it'll take at least a month before I get a cheque that reflects this...payroll is really slow.
