Gore spy sends Gore camp some secret debate preparation material?

The mainstream media is reporting a Bush aid is under investigation for allegedly sending a videotape of Bush's debate preparations to the Gore people. She denies it and seems pretty credible. The Gore campaign worker who received the tape turned it over to the FBI.

My question is this: how likely do you think it is that Bush's people sent the tape intentionally to harm Gore? Or was this Bush aid truly a spy for Gore? She seems rather credible to me, that's why I feel it's possible the Bush nuts staged the whole thing. Sure, we could wait until the FBI completes the investigation and simply accept the verdict but speculation is often more fun.
