The Republicans shock Democrats yet again by proving that not only did they come up with a plan, but they had done so years before Obama ever even came to office! It's called Romneycare and it doesn't have half the socialism in it that people on the left were pushing with their public option or single payer plans. It's also gonna be huge. BIGGER than huge. It's gonna be...

At this point, repeal the ACA, slash and fucking burn SS, Medicare, and Medicaid.

I have no more shits to give. The elderly and entitlement vote went overwhelmingly to Strongman Trump and the Republican party. It's about time they got the government they vote for over and over again.

Not that I want anyone to suffer, but if voters are going to continually vote to give the richest people in the solar system more money so they can loan it to Wall St. criminals to inflate bubbles while decimating the middle class for a higher ROI and short-term profit, let's just get it the fuck over with already.

The Repub pitch is specifically designed to get people to forget that even though it's entirely the point of their efforts. Hermann Goering laid it out long ago-

The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.

Trump voters & conservatives in general are convinced that their way of life is under attack by a pantheon of evil forces even though it's their own leadership laying waste to their economic well being.

They're in for a helluva epiphany because Repubs intend to break the system, the delicate balance between the haves & the have nots we've built since the last time they destroyed the economy back in 1929. They can't help it. It's part & parcel of their ideology.

There will be no epiphany. Their supporters will not listen to anyone in the media and will believe anything the GoP says. When things get worse they'll probably slam liberals and they'll eat it up as they always have.
