Rush must be doing something right, the president, secretary of staff & press secretary have a little hard on for him.

Obama must be worried about the crappy job that he has been doing and he is try to distract everyone while he is tearing the country apart, this is unprecedented I can't ever remember a president going after any individual like this.....

re: Rush getting "help"

Was that before or after destroying his hearing?

Sorry I didn't hear you, what did you say.

what? Since you can't hear me, then I want to thank you for being a great representative for the GOP...

Are you a great representative of hope and change?

I agree. The GOP of the last few years should just keep doing what it has been doing...

...and enjoy sitting in the backseat....

I have a feeling that if you had a job, home or money you wouldn't feel that way.

Tell the truth... I'm sure it's not an isolated incidence.

I see two threads about this. Life must be rough as a liberal with all the Obama bashing around here if they have to jump on this trivial story.

Would it be fair to ask you if you feel Rush is a representative of the current day GOP, or it is overblown by the left?

The left must be awefully afraid of Rush.. otherwise, like you said, they wouldn't bring it up.

Then if Rush doesn't represent the GOP, then why cry when he's called on it?

Uber,

Do you think that with all the problems this country has Obama and his cabinet have enough time and recourses to go after Rush? Do you think this is what the president of the free world should be focusing on, I know that you are an awfully smart fellow that has put plenty of thought into this and many other subjects so I would love to hear your take.

Obama must be worried about the crappy job that he has been doing and he is try to distract everyone while he is tearing the country apart, this is unprecedented I can't ever remember a president going after any individual like this.....

Because he is the leader of the free world and perhaps he has something better to do than have a pissing contest with a radio talk show host??

That's hilarious. This new guy they hired actually seemed smart and objective, called out Limbaugh for all he is but then had to stuff a shoe in his mouth and apologist to the howard stern of the GOP.

I'm sure that Fatbaugh would be nicer to Uncle Steele if Uncle Steele were a nubile Thai prostitute. Unfortunately, there is only so much diversity and entertainment that can fit into a stiff GOP suit.

Certainly, gift-mailing a month's-worth of Viagra prescription would warm Rush's heart to the "new GOP."

These problems we are having started at least 25 years ago.

It's always a hoot to see you part-time fiscal conservatives popping up when a Democrat is in charge. When Republicans are in office, it's fine to inflate the debt and spend like drunken sailors. But when Democrats win, you get to bitching about how taxes are going up and socialism must be right around the corner.

Meanwhile, the myth that Republicans are for small government is repeated again and again, and people still manage to fall for it. I'll pass on the Kool Aid this time, thanks.

Steel took the bait I get it.

Obama and his cabinet have taken a lot more time out of their busy schedule of destroying the country attacking Rush than Steel ever has, perhaps that's good for the country.

I wasn't a big fan of the spending, the war, amnesty etc....

Unlike so many here I have an opinion outside of what the party does, I can't really say the for many here.

Why is Steele apologizing to Rush? Who cares?

That's a sign of weakness and pretty sad that he went out of his way to apologize to him.
Does Rush ever apologize for himself?
How many Republicans have gone on his show to apologize now? Didn't Mike Pence do the same earlier?

Grow a pair, GOP. Rush is nothing. This only gives credit to the Dem's accusation that Rush is the face of the GOP (ridiculous, btw).
