his example may not have been valid, but I do agree that Google has gone downhill.
Don't get me wrong, I still use it almost exclusively.
It just seems to give me a lot more unrelated stuff than it used to.

One example, I did a search for Lexar's website since its not lexar.com. I queryed http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=lexar+media" target=blank search?sourceid='navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=lexar+media"[/L' search.yahoo.com>4th[/url] on Yahoo's search engine. Same problem finding info on a specific digicam or printer etc., all these shopping sites have smothered legitimate results. edit: i've been owned, google produces digitalfilm.com at the top, which happens to go to lexarmedia.com. anyhow these shopping sites have to go, this is a bad example but isn't an isolated problem.
Dude! Froogle is your new best friend in the world of manufacturers and products.:D

I never found this site very useful but I see now that they added 'sort by price' and a price range option. Much better. :)

That would be Overture, to whom Google are second.

Google are second to none, NONE!!!

I suggest you being banned for blaspheming the almighty Google :D

Seriously, I have to agree with jjsole on the shopping sites. Google is still the best, but for how long...
