Hi,

Just a quick question, I had ordered some 512MB Samsung Memory from Googlegear and i finally got it. I am just wondering if anyone else has bought memory from them and if so did it really come in a damn zip lock bag as mine did?

Not only was mine in a zip lock bag but the bottom of the zip lock bag was tworn away.

I haven't bought from them but am shocked at the packaging, you might want to consider RMA'ing it if that is feasible. crucial and mushkin have excellent packaging

Was it an actualy sandwiche bag or was it antistatic? Rub it on the carpet for a while and see if it sticks to your shirt...

Was the bag clear or is it like pink or blue?

I've ordered RAM from Googlegear on 2 seperate occasions.
Both times they were well packed for shipping and each stick was in either a pink or blue static-free ziploc-esque bag.

They have been around for awhile. I'm sure the bag was static free. If it's not I have had good RMA's with them as well.
