I'd like to try this. I'm trying to find a program that allows real time communication across multiple institutions for SU2C (standup2cancer.org) and from the google wave video, it looks like it could be the winner. I'm currently testing Confluence at my institution but my co-workers are not implementing it into their daily activities. Can anyone direct me on how to get around 150 accounts to pass out?

Does Wave require gmail accounts?

Just keep in mind that the Google Wave invites aren't instant. You might need to wait a bit for those.
