Those people do have a ton of work ahead of them. Not to mention the constant landscape changes that take place on a daily basis means they will have steady employment for a long time to come.

I suspect that they mounted several cameras onto a vehicle and either took video or constant photos. That way, as they drive along, they capture everything.

Neat, but kind of stupid. THey can't hope to do every major city any time soon and really what's the benefit anyway? They're still pics at the street level, what do I do with that?

I'm guessing the camera triggers were wired to the instrument panel, so like every 30-50feet it would snap a picture.
