Google spies for the US!

If you take some time and scan around NK with Google Earth, you can see where people (hobbyists) have annotated likely missile silo spots, etc.

lol, i had no idea Dalian was real. Btw I happen to like the map. It's fun having 2 attack choppers on each side. 🙂

The government has people who search for stuff like this for a living... but it could have been missed if they haven't used the images from the same flyover as the Google data and the sub got moved.

the gubberment prolly has blueprints of the sub and a crew man or 2 aboard.</end quote></div>

LOL not aboard a chinese nuclear sub, they leak radiation (or at least they used to) like crazy, and to volunteer to work on one gave your family back in china great benefits, but you were pretty much signing your death certificate.

Nationalist pride FTW

Ok, obviously it some research group can find it on Google maps the governments uber spy capabilities found it first. That isn't the point. The point is, Google found one of Chinas National Secrets.

LOL it isn't a national secret if they left it in the water like that.

You do realize that they probably have even more advanced subs dry docked and under the water that we STILL know about.

Misleading title. It wasn't Google doing the spying, it was the owner of the Quickbird satellite.

And the capabilities of this satellite pale in comparison to the US's spy satellites. Think Hubble pointed at Earth.
