I might be nit-picking, but I didnt think the FamiCom had a significant problem with the contacts.

With the NES. :colbert:

Famicom did not have the CIC lockout and had a scrubbing cartridge connector design. It was changed in the NES because retailers would not stock traditional videogames after being burned in the Atari VG market crash. They also wanted it to appear less toy-like and more like a home theater component (front-loading VCR).

Bundling the ROB was a way to say that it was a TV-controlled robot computer... thing instead of a videogame console. Retailers ate it up.

The 8 bit street view is awesome!

I wonder how much development effort they put into this... is it just one developers "20% project", or does a whole team work on these pranks?

Didn't try street view. Can't wait to try it when I get home!
