i really like their interface where zoom in/out and scrolling up/down/left/right does not require reloading the page/image, which is one thing which was a bit annoying with mapquest and yahoo maps. it seems to be coded in dhtml. nice job google.

Oooooh, pretty. I like the click-and-drag interface of the map. It makes it easy to follow where you're going when zoomed in... and it updates QUICK! Very nice.
