seriously, it's impressive what google knows about. It's almost a shame it's just a stupid search database. If there were any kind of intelligence integrated with that much information, it'd be the smartest thing on the planet.

Maybe this is how that skynet thing in terminator got started. :Q
 
Google will take over the world. It knows everything and is currently trying to make itself sentient. Your days are limited. Thou shalt be the first target.

Really, one time I was drunk and we were having this conversation. I was saying that the Google network knew more than anything in the world and joked that it'd become sentient and take everything over. My friend goes, "Yea, but it's not like it can just get up and walk or something." I think about it and respond, "Well, I guess it doesn't have to."

It was funny at the time.
