Crazy. :D

Um, no...that would be considered one full bathroom. My house has two sinks, one toilet, a full bathtub and a stand-up shower in the master bathroom and it is considered one full bathroom. You don't add the items up like fractions. The bathroom has 3 requirements to be considered a full bath and that is that it has at least one sink, at least one toilet and at least one bathtub.

Sarcasm meter busted?

OFFICIAL ANSWER (IE I called the real estate office)
.5=Sink& Toilet.
.75=Sink, Toilet & Shower.
1(Full)= Sink, Toilet, Shower, & Tub.

So 1.75 is most likely
1 Full
and a .75

it means shower+ crapper ...that is how mine is. The sink is actually outside the bathroom right next to it.

Fail. sink + toilet + shower = 3 pc bath = one FULL bath. Anything over 3 peices = 1 full bath.

2 pc = 0.5
3 pc = 1
4 pc = 1
eleventy billion pc = 1

Using 0.75 makes no sense at all. If it's a 3-pc, they should list it as a full bath. The 0.25 might actually sway someone that didn't know their ass from a hole in the ground.
