Google: Evolved | The big G redesigns its logo, again

Things like a fancy logo almost exclusively determine where I buy from.

I'll only buy a used car if they have a wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man in front.
I only use banks that have a time&temperature sign out front.
I only use financial advisors that have a scrolling message sign.

Product quality and value are really not important.
OH GOD LOOK, A SHINY OBJECT!!!!

Too quick. 2°/month would be more subtle. I'm sure Google could script that to automatically tilt it minute by minute.

It's Google. You ARE the product.

Actually, I'm more than certain that the re-design/re-brand (whatever you want to call it) is to make the logo in-line with it's new parent, ABC.xyz.
