Grandads died and Im not up for leaving the house.

Iv been on google earth all day, and how do I get the more clear bits ? I only have a few on each country if that?

Sorry if this is a noob question

Youre right. You see blue shadowed areas, that can be closen-up. All other are yet not correctly seen. Google earth is a project in developtment.

If you mean your grandfather... then I am sorry for your loss.
🙁

Google Earth's bandwidth is abysmal.

I get so frustrated waiting that I just give up.

It would be a LOT more fun if they'd broaden the pipes a bit (a lot).

Just wish there more close-up areas (dark ones with more detail)

We all do.

Google Earth is using the same sat pictures that Google maps uses.

High res pictures are expensive, so they focus on areas of most interest.
