Bug?

The magical peeps gave me the power.

Oh so you did it? It's not a bug?

Well I don't expect them to portray any of the Christian aspects of it, then why not at least decorate it up with Rabbbits and Easter eggs? I mean regardless it's a Holiday...

Times are hard, and "artists" ask for too much money for simple doodles, so Google said, fuck it, we're all going to hell anyway, we much rather spend that decoration money on 18 year girls.

Hmm pretty sure they've done it before. Maybe it's part of their cost saving plan. They might of laid off the guy who does the art. 😛

Ahh yeah the tough times, so can't afford to, well that makes sense...

That's sad I was getting use to seeing Google look all pimped up on special days it was cool to see it all the time...

1) Different Christians celebrate on different dates
2) Not everybody is Christian
3) Halloween, Christmas, and others are completely over-commercialized and taken away from religion so Google could decorate for it without anyone getting too offended.

It's actually sad that people get offended these days. You can't even say the word Christmas in a public place without people getting offended. It's sad really. This world is growing to be a bunch of pussies. When I went to school (public) we had manger paintings or jesus on the cross and stuff in the windows. Imagine now if they did that. 😱

Google doesn't always have a "doodle" for the same holidays every year. They also tend to have them to commemorate relatively minor things (like the one in 2008 for the invention of the laser), but not always for more major holidays (nothing for Memorial Day of last year). Then people inevitably claim favoritism.

I was actually quite surprised, since a lot of people celebrate Christmas as a time to get together with friends and family and generally relax. Plus it's so commercialized. Enjoy your "holiday" trees I guess. :disgust:

And I couldn't possibly care less.

I could care less. But, not all that much.

This registers at about 0.25 on my caring meter, which ranges from 0 (aka couldn't give two shits) to 10 (omg my little bubble world might collapse!).

That is all.

That's all Christmas is for me. Even though I don't recognize anything about the guy other than he may have simply been just that, just another guy... I'll use the word Christmas, call it a Christmas tree, etc etc. But the holiday itself is simply a time to get to see family and have a great day, have some laughs, and just completely relax and end the day with a bursting stomach chock full of deliciousness.
