Unless I'm missing some other major country, it looks like the US Exports/Imports more weapons by far than any other country :O. Interesting info.

Wow. we imported a billion dollars worth of weapons and ammo in 2009. A good chunk of that is probably the red states that started hording firearms and ammo after Obama got elected.

Heh... and people say that Obama hasn't helped to stimulate the economy.

You think that's citizens buying the weapons? I'd assume most gun owners would buy local (US) products

Almost all popular firearms on the market are imported. Glocks from Austria, Springfield XD from croatia, AK47 from random eastern bloc countries.

Very few firearms are actually made in the US.
