hi,
currently my email host is 1and1.com located all the way in germany. they're a bit slow when it comes to sending and receiving whereas google is usually instant. i'm thinking of switching my domains email over to google... anyone have any experience with this? i have never done this before but they have things outlined step-by-step for 1and1.com (yes, google is awesome).

so basically what i'm looking for is 1. thoughts on using google for email.. spam problems/pop3 problems/blacklisted google/ etc.. the users will be receiving with outlook2003.
2. any things i should keep in mind while switching.. potential problems/issues, what kind of contingency should i have in place.. email is crucial to business so it has to work. any specific ways to test everything is working?

any reasons not to switch?

thanks
