Google ad cost

If you mean under sponsored links? It depends on the keyword(s) you're trying to buy. $100 per click for the HOT keywords.
If you mean under the per search results, you'd hire an SEO company to increase your pagerank for the keywords you're trying to 'buy' (their prices vary obviously).

You need a good amount of traffic, which your personal site doesn't have.

We pay $100-$200 per click through now. Fortune 400.

However, it's becoming google is the worst spent money. The other 'guys' which have also a higher final buy count, cost less than $50-100 per click.

google is going to lose it's foothold. The problem is placement means outbidding your competitor. Right now the stacks have gone so high everyone in my market is thinking on agreeing and just skipping it. We have better results in competition on cheaper resources.

Google's system = Google profit.
