The display issue is due to the gpu's in the European exynos version of the s22 series. I've read one report of it happening to a Snapdragon version too on reddit.Good to know thanks for the info guys. Looking hard at the S22 ultra as my next go to. I have heard about some display bug or something along those lines. I also hear a software fix is in the works. Any experience on that front from your handsets?
Samsung has acknowledged this and is pushing out an update to the exynos Europe market right now.
US market should get it soon too, but probably in March as in the US the carriers also has to approve and roll the update out.
Fingerprint reader is night and day difference from pixel 6 pro. It's instantaneous, I just need to train myself to not hold my thumb down anymore because that's what you have to do on the pixel. How is the FP reader? that is my main complaint with the 6. Even after the updates, it is still hit or miss and slow.
It also has face unlock if you want to use that too. It's literally just place your thumb but place it fully and then lift up right away.
I have gotten it to tell me I'm doing something wrong if I purposely place my thumb half way it will tell me "cover the fp sensor full with the thumb" or "couldn't match thumb print."
