I severed ties with them today, I had AT&T and they sucked, I wanted to stick with GSM so I could get uber phones but T-Mobile was worse then AT&T. Back to CDMA for me.
I won't miss the lack of reception seemingly everywhere important I would end up.
I won't miss the dropped calls
I won't miss people telling me they tried to call me and got a BUSY signal (on a cell phone wtf!?!) I've been told this by 4 different people, I'd imagine there were others I just didn't know about.
I won't miss having a signal, but still missing calls because my phone doesn't ring. And then getting the voice mail from a person who called and left a message at 5PM at 2AM.
I won't miss the monthly text message reminder from them that my bill is read. Which for some reason I would always get at 5AM on a Saturday.
I will miss the selection of handsets, but it just wasn't worth it. Thankfully I wasn't married to T-Mobile (contract) Flexpay for TEH WINS! I would have paid an ETF at this point, but the fact I don't have to is the one thing I like about them.
