Fastest way to get a six pack is to stop off at the nearest liquor store on your way home. That's what I'm planning to do. Need some Guiness for the weekend.

diet + cardio + workout your abs about 2 times a week.

one word of advice ... DOING 100 CRUNCHES A DAY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL!!!!!!

don't do your abs more than once in a 48 hour period, also target your upper, lower, and obliques. doing your abs 2 times a week is enough to get a six pack.

A sixpack is created through cardio and diet. You cannot make a sixpack through ab exercises.

As said, you have to become incredibly skinny, then do ab exercises for 6 weeks or so. Not everyone can get a 6pack. It depends on if you have a layer of fat in the space over your abdomen or not. If you've ever been overweight, chances are you won't be able to get one.

i do this

lay down, flat on your back on a mat or something

30 crunches (sit ups but legs flat) 30 leg raises, 30 both at the same time.

do this on both left and right sides to do the side bits on your abs, and then go on your front and literally do the same thing to work your back.

after that you return to laying on your back, and hold a "dish" (shoulder and legs off the floor) for as long as you can, then same on your front.

1000 crunches every day. Cardio and diet are a must, swimming is good for low impact, but if you get bored you should definitely mix it up with some running/biking. For the crunches, obviously you don't have to do them all in one go. I normally do them in sets of 100, 300 before I go to work, 400 when I get home and before I do cardio, then 300 before I shower and settle in for the night.

This is bad advice. You should work your abs every day, the goal with your abs is to get cut, not to build extra muscle. You can only get cut by burning calories in that region, and the best way to do that is to do crunches.

Fixed. As with any fitness goal, your abs should be a composite of diet and exercise.

You need very low body fat. Eat very low fat foods, no soda whatsoever or any other excess sugar, and lots of cardio work like running. have fun.

dude you know absolutely NOTHING about working out your abs if you believe doing 1000 crunches a day is good for your abs. if you are doing crunches correctly, doing 3 sets of 15 is enough, because by the time you do 16 you will be burning like a mofo. again, thats IF you are working your abs correctly.

people are so ignorant and think working out your abs every day is the correct way. its not, at all. your abs are just like any other muscle in your body, and you should not workout a muscle more than once in a 48 hour period becausee it takes 48 hours to fully heal your torn muscles.

if you think otherwise you are just ignorant.

EDIT:

i re-read your post above, and now yes, i know you know nothing about working your abs out. in your plan, you do not even do your lower abs or your obliques, you soley do 1000 crunches which are for your upper abs.

Every time you have a beer, you're one step further from a 6-pack. You need to be extremely lean.

Um, WRONG. Fat loss cannot be targeted. You cannot spot reduce... unless you do so surgically.

What about people that can't afford to lose the weight?

I'm about 5'9" and 146lbs. If I lose any more weight through cardio, then I'll look even skinner, and regardless of a 6-pack my body will look out of proportion.
