Good Web camera solution for family

I need a good USB Web Cam for connectivity between family members with internet cable.
The systems will be running WinXP home.

I would like image and voice if possible.

Any suggestions?
 
Logitech's are good. The Web Cam Orbit is nice.... 1.3MP image and it can track the movements of the person....but that depends on how much you want to spend they are around $120 each.

Does the tracking really work?

The user at the remote end will be a senior person with no technical skills.
