what is a good brand type of multi vitamin to take? I don't eat as healthy as I should, and I think my body needs some nutrients
 
Tough call, none of that stuff is regulated by the FDA in this country so it could be worthless for all we know.

I take a vegetarian multiple from Solgar. It's pretty expensive but it's the best I've found.
 
GNC Ultra Mega Gold is the best Multi Vit, out there,

Vitamins are the only things that upset my stomach, but I finally found a vitamin that doesn't.

Sea Silver, but it's $25 a month.


I also highly recommend a Systemic Enzyme, I have much less muscle and joint pain(along with an increased libido😉)
