Good used car

Looking to spend $5000 - $8000.

I have a few diverse choices picked out (all 1997-2000):

Acura CL
Acura TL
Honda Accord
Toyota Camry
Chrysler LHS

I know, the Chrysler quality stands out to you doesn't it 😀

What about the Acura's (made by Honda), anyone know how reliable they are?

2002 Cavalier Z24 w/manual. Cheap, easy on gas, relatively quick, reliable enough, cheap to repair, did I mention really cheap?

In all honesty if I had 7k I wouldn't buy a car unless I didn't already have a car and needed one.

Mine never had any rattles. Road noise was similar to my wife's Corolla - in otherwords, minimal. My little bro has a 2000 Cavalier w/90k miles and its quiet on the highway.

Acura makes a good car, no doubt about it. They're just cost more than a domestic...
