I have (3) sticks of PC100 64mb and wanted to see how high they could go. I ran a QIII loop for about 3 1/2 hours with them running 133MHz @cas3-3-3 ( I didn't bother going any more radical) and it was still running fine when I shut down.

Was this an OK test, or is there something just as stressfull with error checking, ect.?

I hate to get rid of them because I love to look at 196mb of ram which once upon a time cost me $225 total.:(

Actually the ram in my machine does 150MHz cas2-2-2. This is the stuff I keep in my junk drawer.

Seti@home is very stressfull on your frontside bus and memory. It will bring your system to it's knees if it isn't stable.

also we have a team if your interested. If you have any questions just drop by the distributed computing forum.
