Im gettin 31 At idle, and 37 at load. What should I expect to get for an overclock on my Core 2 Duo E6300 and Scythe Ninja ScNJ-1100P. I am using the "Silicone Compound" that came with the HSF, should I change this if it will increase performance by much?

I have good RAM also so thats not really an issue, I just need to buy a good OCing mobo.
 
I dont know lol, any estimations x_x i had it at 2370Mhz, but then i did a CMOS Reset, and I cant get it again with my Mobo, (ECS P965T-a)
