I have the exact same setup except my video card is Geforce 2 GTS and my memory is crucial. I chose the GF2 GTS because of better Win2K ( whenever I will start using it) drivers and it's just faster for the games I play. My friend has a Radeon and its great if you use the features, however I don't so it would be a waste. I like to refer to the Radeon as the card for the person who needs the features and likes to casually game. I could be all wrong though .
 
Hard drive seems on the small side if you like gaming and storing loads of rubbish... But I don't so I got an exactly the same ahrd drive as you sitting around ready to be put into something... Overall the setup looks balanced! But I would got fot the GF2 GTS as Impact55 mentioned. But if you don't mind paying the extra and have more feature to "Play around with" then go ATI Radeon.
