Good sushi for lunch in Vegas?

I'm heading out to Vegas over Superbowl weekend and I am trying to find some half-decent sushi for lunch. Unfortunately, it seems like most of the good places only do dinner. Anyone have any recommendations of places to try? I'd prefer something on or close to the strip.

On a side note, anyone ever eaten at CUT in The Palazzo?

CUT was good; approximately $250 a head when I was there including drinks (not wine).

There are a few restaurants I would rather go however, but if you are in the mood for steak, you aren't going to find better.

As for Sushi, Bellagio has a good restaurant that is open 10AM to 4AM (weird to write that). Very good sushi.

You wouldn't happen to remember the name of the place, would you? I tried searching through Bellagio's listed restaurants and couldn't find one matching the description.

I would recommend Sushi Kaizen but they're located in north Vegas.

They have two locations but most restaurants located on the strip wouldn't open for lunch because they compete with the cheaper buffets and breakfast bars.

Don't forget you are also asking for fish in a desert.

I can't believe you are thinking about lunch in Vegas. Usually my lunch is whatever is in the mini fridge and a couple of Advil.

That's my breakfast! I would typically grab sushi for dinner but we already have dinner plans. But I'll look at the places you guys recommended. Thanks again.
