gin goes ok with juice, or punch or koolaid if you're desperate, but not apple or grape juice. scotch is disgusting. your no caffeine coke will be tolerable with rum. tequila goes fine with OJ but is better with a shot of grenadine too. vodka will go with the juices fine too.. but none of those are gonna be acceptable with milk!
