Good step of XP1700/1800 for overclocking ?

Hi , i want to buy a new CPU , 1700 or 1800 XP , can you tell guys wich step (serial) is better for overclocking .
If lucky i need a XP 1700 who will do 1600mhz @ default voltage .

Well i got my agkga 1700xp up to 1663MHz at default voltage and 1725MHz at 1.85. But some people say the agoga is better.
