Good Sports Day to be Home

I'm a college student who is working this summer from home. Usually, I keep the TV on in the backgrond while I work and tv sucks during the daytime. But today, there is a lot of day game baseball on (MLB.com scoreboard for today) and there is women's tennis semifinals at Wimbeldon, as soon as the rain stops. (Ms. Sharapova)

Well that's weird. I was thinking about watching the Tigers game on MLB.TV, but the MLB.TV schedule has the Tigers playing this evening and the Indians in the afternoon. MLB.com has it the other way around. WTF?

Tigers are on at 1:05 and mlb.tv says that. You have to change the date to 6/30 on the mlb.tv page.

D'oh! I can't believe it wasn't set to that by default. I feel like a turd.

NYC is gloomy maybe rain out ..
That would be so f'n sweet if Pedro pitches tomorrow's game I'm going to instead.

Hate to break the bad news but the sun is peaking. If it's gonna rain will probably not last long enough for a rain out.

I always found the first two rounds of the NCAA Tourney to be great days to be at home instead of at work.

What if someone called in some "technical difficulties" at Shea this afternoon... say around 12pm...
