good spike/gaussian?

im wondering what are good spike and gaussian scores?
i have a WU done that's score is sig. higher than all others in spike and gaussian.
it only did 3.59% of it or so, is this just background noise or something?

If the score it too high it is probably a signal from Earth.

Something like a satelite or a gound based transmission.

They are actually looking for the kind of small scoring ones.
