good software license management solutions for a small business?

We're trying to easily organize and manage all our software licenses that we have for Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Adobe CS3, and so on. We're a small business, roughly 60 employees. We're looking for a program or an online solution that will help us manage this, ideally one that's free.
 
Unless you are using dynamic/floating licenses, any spreadsheet will work.

Column(s) for license type info, row for employee/system
 
I agree. A simple Excel sheet will do fine. Put in columns for:

Program Name ... Product Key ... License Key ... Install Code ... Activation Code ... User ID ... System ID ... Date Installed

A lot of progs need the Product Key to select the version to install and the license key or Activation Code to actually get it to run without the nag or being disabled after a trial period.
