Good software for streaming TV?

I currently have an ATI All-in-Wonder AGP 2006 video/tuner card. I want to find an app that is able to stream video from the tv tuner to another computer. (preferrably to WMP). I'm looking for something like windows media services, but that will work on WinXP. I don't want to spend the money on XP Media edition, since i already have WinXP OS. Any suggestions?
 
i downloaded beyond tv 4.2 but it doesn't look like it streams. they have another product called beyond tv link, is this a good product for streaming?

You need to enable the streaming options.

The options are available in the BTV Web Admin.
