Good Socket A Fan?

My FOP-38 is driving me round the bend. I have decided that I really do NEED a new one or I will go stur-crazy. I can't even do any work anymore. I've currently got my eye on the:

Thermaltake DUO462 Chrome-Orb CPU Cooler (Socket A)

Can anyone tell me if it will be a good replacement for my current cooling system? I want something that cools well, but also doesn't make so much noise that I can't actually use my computer.

Thanks.

What speed and voltage are you running your CPU at? If you are running at high speed or high voltage, you may want something that is more effective than the Chrome Orb.

The Chrome Orb does work, but it is certainly not comparable to the FOP38.

You could always just change the fan on the FOP. If your a bit more adventurous try connecting the fan across the +12 and +5 lines. The net voltage is +7v and slows down the fan.
